Keon Williams
Keon Williams is a Business professional and father of 3 who is dedicated to giving back to the youth in the community. Keon believes that helping enhance the world around us will provide opportunities for everyone to succeed and do better. In addition to running the day to day operations as a General Manager and spending quality time with his family, Keon enjoys reading, playing sports, and chess. Keon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has won leadership awards in college while serving as President of the Black Student Union.
Alisha Fagg
Alisha Fagg is a local free spirit who loves investing in the community. She enjoys empowering and coaching others to set and achieve their business goals by sharing nuggets of information to help them eventually self-sustain. Her mission is to enlighten the individuals she meets with at least one tool they can use to ensure a better quality of life for themselves.
Karla Rojas
Karla Rojas currently holds the position of Senior Paralegal at the Law Office of Karenina Wolff, Esq. Born in Mexico, Karla grew up in South Philadelphia and has developed an ardent passion for improving the legal circumstances of the immigrant community in Philadelphia. Rojas received her Paralegal certificate from the Community College of Philadelphia, and interned with Karenina in 2017. She has since worked for the campaigns of both state representative Joe Hoenstein and state representative Elizabeth Fiedler, as well as being largely responsible for multiple mutual aid efforts in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
Aunja Richards
As the dedicated founder and leader of Project Always Receiving, Aunja Richards has devoted countless hours to serving the community of Philadelphia. She was born in Philadelphia and raised in Delaware County. Upon completion of her Bachelor’s Degree she hopes to continue furthering her education by enrolling in Substance Abuse Counseling and will pursue her Master’s in Public Service & Leadership. It is her hope that by establishing Project Always Receiving, more communities can benefit from the nourishment of both community and hope.
Alice Ford
My name is Alice Ford. I am an Entrepreneur, Advocate and Motivational Speaker. My multiple years as the Founder/Ceo of the Sensuous Looks Beauty Salon, while advocating in multiple facilities such as the Boys and Girls Clubs and the Youth Study Center, I developed a strong passion to mentor our teenagers, with hopes to deposit motivation and determination that helps to alleviate the struggles that challenges
our teenagers.
My plan is to continue to make myself visible and impactful by committing myself to make a difference within the communities. My prestigious education gained through Villanova University will serve its purpose to pave the way for opportunities to pursue my very own afterschool program that will ultimately assist with guiding our youth to a path of success.
Will Connell
Will Connell is a Philadelphia-based performer and arts educator, specializing in musical theatre and vocal performance. He serves as Camp and Special Projects Director at Wolf Performing Arts Center, a non-profit theatre education program based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he has worked on many stages and with many companies in the Greater Philadelphia area, including the Walnut Street Theatre, Delaware Theatre Company, and more. He is so honored to use creative and communication-based skills to help realize the mission of Project Always Receiving and is so proud to work with this fantastic and driven team.
Sean Wade
Sean is a Marine Corps veteran and an undergraduate student at Villanova University. Sean is dedicated to bringing communities together and continuing to serve in a new way after leaving the military.
Maiya Nashed
Maiya Nashed is an investment analyst with Villanova University’s endowment. She studied finance and earned a B.A. from The George Washington University. She is a CFA Charterholder. Maiya moved to Philadelphia in 2020 and enjoys finding ways to support the city and fellow community members. Maiya assists P.A.R. with budgeting and grant writing.

Aijeé Austin is a creative, entrepreneur and advocate for underserved communities across the nation. She works tirelessly to create a world of equity and kindness, by the way of performance art, and social services. An unbeliever of the word CAN’T, she will make sure that you know that any thing is possible by the time you leave her presence.
Ama Jones
Ama Jones is a Native of North Philadelphia. Motivating, encouraging, and inspiring people especially young adults has always been a passion of hers. In May, she will become an Alumni of Villanova University where she will receive her Bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a minor in Leadership. In the Fall she will be continuing her education as she pursues her Master’s degree in Public Administration. Ama has 15+ years in Law Enforcement experience and enjoys every opportunity to help others.
